FAQ
Is my Facebook account safe?
The extension works inside your own browser session — the same way you'd browse the groups yourself. We never ask for your Facebook password and never log in on your behalf.
Do I need to keep Chrome open?
Yes, on the Starter plan. Monitoring runs in your browser, which is why it's $22 a month instead of a few hundred. Our Managed plan removes this.
Can it watch private groups?
It can watch any group you're already a member of, including private ones. It never joins groups for you.
Do I need to know which keywords to use?
No. You answer four plain-language questions about your business and get a starting set back, including the terms to exclude. Add, change, or delete any of them at any time.
Do I need a paid AI account?
No. The keyword step works with whichever assistant you already use, and you only run it when you set up or change your filters.
Does my group content get sent anywhere?
No. Keyword matching and AI scoring both happen on your own machine. The only thing that leaves is the alert itself, to the Discord webhook you configure.
Why is the extension around 150MB?
It ships a full AI model that runs locally, so posts never need to leave your computer.
What if I want to stop?
Cancel any time from your account page. Billing stops at the end of the current period.
